Ameristart is an independent broker of pre-owned medical equipment for business, institutional and professional buyers — not a manufacturer, authorized distributor, service center or source of clinical advice. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and identify only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

Equipment is sold as-is in its stated condition (new in box or patient ready) with listing notes; the condition reflects Ameristart's good-faith inspection at listing, not a warranty of fitness for any clinical purpose. Buyers are responsible for inspection, service and maintenance per manufacturer requirements and applicable law before clinical use, and for their own licensing, registration and regulatory requirements. Nothing here is legal, regulatory or clinical advice.

Consignment

Equipment shipped under the consignment program is governed by the Consignment Terms and Conditions; shipment constitutes acceptance.
