Equipment is sourced directly from known sellers or accepted on consignment under published terms, listed under a published two-condition standard, and sold to buyers who require equipment that performs on arrival.

Sourcing process
Intake
Equipment is acquired directly from clinics, resellers, and retiring practices, and accepted on consignment under published terms.
Screening
Serial numbers are checked against the FDA recall database and manufacturer field safety notices before listing. Units under open recall are sold only with documented service completion, or as parts.
Testing and condition
Function testing, as-is photography, and a stated condition — new in box or patient ready — with notes written at inspection.
Matching
Ameristart advises against purchases that do not fit the buyer's use case. Repeat business is the operating model.
Quality assurance
As a broker, Ameristart's value rests on what it puts in writing: condition (the standard), recall status (the screen), and process (this page). Equipment that does not match its listing on arrival is made right.
