How To Make it Big

Think its hard to grow your company?  Consider the following statistcs:

There are 23 million companies in the USA.

  • Only 1 out of 10, or .04%, ever make it to $10MM in sales
  • Only 17,000 companies ever reach $50MM in revenue
  • Only 2,500 firms in the USA are larger than $500MM
  • There are oly 500 firms in the WORLD with revenues over $11 billion

So, what's the point?  there are well-defined barriers to growth, and most of them reflect right on the CEO and the executive leadership of the company.  The strengths and weaknesses of the company can be tracked back to the executive team.

The two most important attributes of effective leaders are their abilities to see the future, and their ability to communicate and delegate their vision to their team.
